We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent, with 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities that support our organization's growth objectives.
Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales proposals that align with our organization's brand and business objectives
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Monitor and report on sales performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest business development trends and technologies, and share learnings with the team
Education Qualifications Mandatory Bachelor Degree / Diploma
Mandatory Min. 4 years of experience. Preferable Experience in business development.
Competences and Skills- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in business development or sales, with experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
