Indirect procurement manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the procurement business of JD Group in Europe, with a focus on categories including warehouse, equipment, consumables, interior renovation, administration, and related areas.
• Responsible for the procurement process optimization: from managing procurement requests to supplier sourcing, formulating procurement plans, executing procurement, and managing supplier performance to ensure procurement outcomes meet requirements.
• Procurement cost control:
  Regularly identify procurement requirements, design effective procurement models aligned with business models, and ensure the rationality of procurement costs through cost analysis and historical data analysis.
• Supplier relationship management:
  Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a sustainable supplier ecosystem.
• Data analysis and innovation:
  Regularly analyze and organize procurement data, and continuously propose innovative improvement suggestions.
