SummaryRole Purpose
Support leisure segment growth by managing day-to-day trade partner requests, rate distribution checks, content accuracy, and small booking conversions for both properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Service leisure agencies and luxury advisors: availability checks, quotations, confirmations, and amendments.
- Ensure accurate rate loading, content, and images across channels in coordination with eCommerce.
- Track campaign performance, co-op deliverables, and produce weekly production reports.
- Coordinate trade trainings, webinars, and fam logistics; maintain partner databases.
- Escalate VVIP/complex itineraries to Sales Manager; secure deposits and documentation.
KPIs
- Response SLAs and conversion ratio.
- Content parity and distribution accuracy.
- Campaign/reporting timeliness and partner satisfaction.
- Revenue from self-handled files.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years in leisure/travel trade or DMC/TA background.
- Detail-oriented;
Arabic & English.
Other Requirements
- Occasional evening/weekend work around holiday peaks; travel for fam hosting as needed.
