Job Summary:
Specialist in financial performance analysis and profitabilityimprovement, with experience in reviewing P&L reports and identifyingoperational improvement opportunities. Strong analytical and consultancy skillsto support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Leadand support collaboration with operations teams to drive profitabilityimprovements
- Guide stakeholders in understanding P&Linsights and performance gaps
- Influencedecision-making through data-driven recommendations and consultancy support
- Facilitate
P&L review sessions and performance discussions with clarity and direction - Promotea performance-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance orrelated field
- 3+ years experience in financial analysis or consultancy
- Strong P&L and performanceanalysis knowledge
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
