A leading Fin Tech organization in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Performance Management Consultant for a 3-month project engagement
. The objective is to conduct a comprehensive review of existing employee KPIs across the organization and deliver actionable recommendations to ensure stronger alignment with the SMART objectives framework.
- Review and evaluate current KPIs across all functions to assess effectiveness and strategic alignment
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement within the existing performance management framework
- Provide awareness sessions and targeted guidance to employees and managers where gaps in performance knowledge are identified
- Deliver a structured report with improvement recommendations aligned to SMART objectives
- Certification in Performance Management or KPI frameworks (required)
- Solid, hands-on knowledge of KPI design, evaluation, and management
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in the Fin Tech sector is a strong advantage
