AlWatania Information Systems is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in the execution of sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
