Role ObjectiveTo support all phases of plant operations, including Production, maintenance, quality control, receiving, supplies, mobilization/demobilization, plant safety, and housekeeping.
- Supports the operational team with allocation for the successful day-to-day operation.
- Ensures the supply of equipment to all jobs in time.
- Collects and checks the daily time sheet for manpower/equipment from respective jobs.
- Follows up to obtain the permits for mobilization and demobilization of any equipment (if required).
- Follows up for disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, and waste from plant.
- Maintains a document of all equipment with current location, condition, and distinguished profile.
- Follows up for document updating like registration, insurance, 3rd party safety certificate, gate pass, permits for all equipment, whichever applied, and also for operators/drivers whichever applied.
- Updates AMANA plant system with all transactions related to rentals and maintenance done.
- Issues MRF/PR for all parts needed for maintenance and stock.
- Schedules supply of equipment to all jobs in time and trailers movement for mobilization and demobilization.
- Checks and audits maintenance activities and provides support to maintenance team.
- Keeps superiors well informed about workforce requirements.
- Supervises stock inventory and precedes MRF for purchase of required parts, tools and machinery.
- Assists in scheduling supply of equipment to all jobs in time and trailers movement for mobilization and demobilization.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics and equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, Saudi Saber, and Tamm systems.
- Professional development, adaptability, execution excellence, teamwork, customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Candidate must be Saudi Talent (mandatory).
