What You’ll Do
- Own user growth and incentive (subsidy) strategy analysis, including target setting, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Analyze user behavior, retention, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities across the platform.
- Design and evaluate subsidy strategies (e.g., vouchers, discounts, cashback) to maximize ROI and user engagement.
- Conduct deep‑diving analyses to investigate performance gaps, anomalies, and business challenges.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and work with operations teams to drive implementation.
- Build and maintain analytical frameworks to monitor key growth metrics (e.g., acquisition, retention, LTV, ROI).
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to influence strategy and execution.
- Proactively identify new growth levers and continuously improve user‑side performance.
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or growth analytics within transaction‑based industries (e.g., food delivery, e‑commerce, fintech, telecom).
- Strong hands‑on SQL skills (must be able to write and run queries independently).
- Proven experience working on user growth, retention, or incentive/subsidy strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to connect data to business impact.
- Experience with metrics such as retention, conversion, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Ability to move from analysis to action, influencing business decisions and operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is required. - Based in Saudi Arabia with strong familiarity with the local market.
- Drive measurable business impact through user growth and incentive strategies at a rapidly scaling global delivery platform.
- Gain deep exposure to end‑to‑end growth analytics — from acquisition through retention and LTV optimization.
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations in a fast‑paced, high‑growth market.
