Senior Strategy Management Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the update and refinement of the Riyadh Life strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and long-term vision
• Manage the end‑to‑end execution and delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation work streams
• Conduct detailed analysis, research and strategic assessments to support decision‑making and programme direction
• Develop high‑quality executive presentations, reports and strategy materials for senior stakeholders
• Drive project governance, planning, status reporting, risk management and stakeholder coordination activities
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle
• Support workshops, steering committees and executive meetings through effective facilitation and presentation skills
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies impacting programme success

• Proven experience within strategy consulting, management consulting, or transformation project environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
• Experience managing strategy or transformation projects from planning through execution
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Strong PowerPoint and slide production skills, with experience preparing executive‑level presentations
• Solid project management and coordination experience within consulting or corporate environments
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Arabic speakers required

• Previous experience within a consulting firm or strategy advisory environment is highly desirable
• Experience supporting government, smart city, urban development or public sector strategy initiatives would be advantageous
• PMP, Prince2, Agile or other project management certifications are a plus
