We are looking for a Account Manager to help shape the future of the Account Management program. The role is focused on driving success for some of the high performing sellers in the KSA Marketplace and leveraging key learning feedback to improve the Amazon platform that will benefit all Sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify prospects and recruit high-potential sellers to the Amazon website via phone or email.
  • Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently exceed quarterly targets.
  • Be a business partner for new sellers, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Work closely with new sellers, educating them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Enable sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently and to the required standards.
  • Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot popular brands, trends, seasonal items and pricing, and tailor your pitch and advice to sellers.
  • Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of sellers.
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a results‑oriented environment.
  • Day‑to‑Day Operations
  • Interact with key sellers.
  • Sourcing new selection from sellers with potential to add more selection.
  • Staying laser‑focused on stocks for Key ASINs.
  • Sourcing deals from sellers to delight our customers.
  • Maintaining sharp prices on the platform.
  • Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
    • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
    • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
    • Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills, Pivot Tables, and VLookups.
    • 2-8 years of account management or sales work experience.
    • Skilled in business development with strong objection‑handling skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince, and explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
    • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
    • Experience in data analysis.
    • Experience with in e‑commerce or retail fields.
    • Experience working in a fast‑moving consumer business.
