Job Summary
Specialist in financial performance analysis and profitability improvement, with experience in reviewing P&L reports and identifying operational improvement opportunities. Strong analytical and consultancy skills to support decision‑making and enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities & Duties- Lead and support collaboration with operations teams to drive profitability improvements
- Guide stakeholders in understanding P&L insights and performance gaps
- Influence decision‑making through data‑driven recommendations and consultancy support
- Facilitate P&L review sessions and performance discussions with clarity and direction
- Promote a performance‑driven culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 3+ years experience in financial analysis or consultancy
- Strong P&L and performance analysis knowledge
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
