About the Role
The META Public Sector Sales Team is hiring a hands‑on Sales Manager who will lead and develop a team of Account Executives supporting current and prospective customers across the Middle East in shaping their Data & AI strategies and modernising their solutions. The role requires an advanced and strategic understanding of business challenges, a customer‑centric and value‑creation mindset, and the ability to build relationships with key accounts in the Public Sector market.
The focus is on driving growth by leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones. The position is hybrid‑based from our Riyadh, KSA office, but will manage our Middle East Public Sector Sales Team and require travel as per business needs.
- Achieve total software revenue target and manage business objectives.
- Plan and implement growth plans for software, consulting services, and education services.
- Direct the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities.
- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plans to exceed target levels.
- Generate new business through strategic‑based selling and managing relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate account strategies with the sales management team.
- Hire, direct, and evaluate staff.
- Work in conjunction with the Strategic Pricing Group to negotiate contracts and bids.
- Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of software, consulting services, and education services.

- Previous sales management experience working for a software company in Saudi Arabia and ideally UAE.
- Experience addressing the Public Sector industry and defining a strong GTM strategy in the Middle East geo.
- Demonstrated management and coaching skills in a sales organization.
- Proven track record of negotiation at C‑level.
- Ability to manage, negotiate, and close multiple complex sales opportunities that may be international.
- Capacity to localise corporate strategy through measured and efficient localisation.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Arabic.
