Consultant Process Design

The boutique firm’s client, based in Saudi Arabia, is a global trading company focused on import and export. They are seeking a professional process consultant with industry experience in import and export to design processes for Procurement, Finance, Contract Management, Logistics, and Inventory Management.

• Design comprehensive process maps and documentation for the aforementioned departments.
• Work with multiple business units and functional leads to guide their contributions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Interview senior executives to solicit input, refine processes, and gain executive buy‑in.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations by developing clear work plans, deliverables, and guidance.
• Interface with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including C‑suite interactions, and agree on priorities to deliver on schedule.
• Lead the engagement focused on design and documentation of processes across all named departments.

• 10+ years of experience in the import/export industry.
• 7+ years of experience in process design, with a proven track record of mapping and documenting processes.
• Proficiency in Visio.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive senior stakeholder engagement experience.
• Cultural sensitivity is a must.
• Arabic speaking is NOT required.
