Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through strategic partnerships and sales development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in business development or sales, and the ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Identify new clients and generate business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on opportunities and convert them into contracts.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Saudi nationality.
- 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment agencies.
- Experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to attract new clients and close deals.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
