Job Title:Sales Manager About the Opportunity
We are looking for commercially driven sales and key account professionals who are open to relocating to the Middle East to join JD Logistics’ fast-growing international business team.
This role focuses on driving strategic business growth, managing high-value enterprise clients, and expanding JD’s international logistics solutions across warehousing, transportation, fulfilment, cross-border logistics, freight forwarding, customs, and supply chain services.
You will play a key role in building JD Logistics’ presence in the Middle East market while collaborating closely with global teams across Asia, Europe, and China.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage strategic client relationships across key industries including e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and cross-border trade.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive commercial growth through solution-based logistics selling.
- Understand customer pain points and design tailored supply chain and logistics solutions.
- Lead business negotiations, pricing discussions, RFQ/RFP bidding processes, and contract management.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including operations, transportation, customs, warehousing, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth project implementation and service delivery.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with key customers.
- Monitor business performance, operational KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and industry trends to support business expansion strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- 3–6+ years of experience in logistics sales, business development, freight forwarding, 3PL/4PL, or supply chain solutions.
- Strong understanding of international logistics, cross-border transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level clients and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is required due to close collaboration with regional and HQ stakeholders.
