Engagement Manager​/Stream Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Stream Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven experience leading complex work streams across strategy, business transformation, analytics, and commercial optimization programs.

This role requires a highly analytical and client-facing professional capable of engaging with senior executives, managing cross‑functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The position is focused on strategic advisory and transformation rather than traditional IT implementation or operational support.

• Lead and manage strategic work streams within large‑scale banking transformation programs.
• Drive business strategy, operating model transformation, performance improvement, and commercial optimization initiatives.
• Develop executive‑level presentations, business cases, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, including C‑suite executives and business leaders, to align objectives and drive decision‑making.
• Structure and oversee complex analyses, ensuring data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across work streams and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development activities, proposal development, and client relationship management.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive governance forums.
• Mentor junior consultants and team members while promoting best practices in project delivery.

• 7–12 years of professional experience in management consulting, banking transformation, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives and work streams.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decision‑making.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced and complex environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Experience with leading consulting firms or strategy consulting practices.
• Exposure to banking transformation, operating model redesign, growth strategy, customer strategy, digital transformation, or commercial optimization initiatives.
• MBA or advanced degree from a reputable institution.
• Experience working with executive committees and board‑level stakeholders.
• Riyadh‑based candidates are strongly preferred.
• Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred for client‑facing engagements.
