Client Servicing Manager (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a highly professional and client-focused Arabic-speaking Client Servicing Manager to be based onsite at a client’s office in Riyadh. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong relationship management, and seamless day‑to‑day communication.
This role requires a proactive individual who can build trusted relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate internal resources, monitor ongoing projects, and support commercial objectives by ensuring smooth operational delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all day‑to‑day matters.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between the client and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful execution.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
- Follow up on purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and invoicing processes to support timely project execution and payment collection.
- Coordinate internally to ensure all client requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth within existing client accounts.
- Escalate issues proactively and support the resolution of client concerns.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and status updates when required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and key action items.
- Represent the company professionally at all times while working within the client’s environment.
- Support client events, meetings, and operational activities as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, stakeholder management, or project coordination.
- Experience with in events, sports, marketing agencies, advertising agencies, hospitality, consulting, or service‑oriented industries is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional, polished, and presentable.
- Client‑centric mindset with exceptional service orientation.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑driven.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
