Business Development Admin – Riyad

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Development Admin to support our business growth initiatives and assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities.

Salary: SAR 4,000

• Support daily business development operations
• Manage client correspondence and documentation
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
• Update CRM systems and business records
• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Build and maintain databases of prospective clients and key contacts
• Register the company on relevant client, supplier, and procurement portals
• Monitor tender portals and business opportunities
• Generate leads and support outreach activities
• Assist Account Managers by sourcing and sharing qualified leads and client contacts
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records of business development activities

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, administration, or a related field
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and online registration portals is an advantage
• Strong research and lead-generation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth
