Drive revenue growth by managing and activating existing and new relationships, converting opportunities into tangible clients in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Relationship Activation- Build and strengthen strong relationships with current and potential clients in both public and private sectors.
- Maintain continuous communication to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Convert relationships and networks into real business opportunities and closed deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and negotiate terms to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
- Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and future forecasts.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Contribute to developing tools and processes that enhance sales effectiveness.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or client relationship management in the public or private sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain networks.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of project management and market analysis.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive and leadership-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Professionalism and excellent client management skills.
- Number of new clients converted into contracts.
- Revenue growth from existing and new clients.
- Client satisfaction and communication effectiveness.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
