Drive revenue growth by managing and activating existing and new relationships, converting opportunities into tangible clients in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Relationship Activation
  • Build and strengthen strong relationships with current and potential clients in both public and private sectors.
  • Maintain continuous communication to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
Business Development & Sales
  • Convert relationships and networks into real business opportunities and closed deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and negotiate terms to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
Market & Client Strategy
  • Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and future forecasts.
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Contribute to developing tools and processes that enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or client relationship management in the public or private sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain networks.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of project management and market analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Personal Skills
  • Proactive and leadership-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Professionalism and excellent client management skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of new clients converted into contracts.
