Position: Senior Manager - Procurement (Commercial Office)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - Procurement (Commercial Office) to join our commercial team. This role is essential in managing and overseeing the procurement processes that support our commercial operations, ensuring an efficient, transparent, and cost-effective procurement function aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies specifically tailored for commercial office needs
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, legal, finance, and other departments for contract deviation and closing out
  • Managing bid meetings and evaluation process
  • Prepare and present procurement reports and insights to senior management to aid strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum 8-12 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in a commercial procurement leadership role
  • +10 years of experience in SAP (Ariba Horizon)
  • Experience in Governance Procurement function
  • Proven expertise in commercial procurement strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management
  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance, and risk management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
