E-Commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer compensation and returns processes ensuring proper control, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Support petty cash management in coordination with Finance ensuring proper control and prioritization of needs.
• Ensure effective supply and demand balance to protect brand reputation and customer retention.
• Manage inventory levels in stores to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and cost impact.
• Manage and maintain relationships with E-Commerce platforms e.g. Jahez, Nana, etc and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support expansion into new E-Commerce platforms and digital channels.
• Analyze E-Commerce operational performance and its impact on financial and operational KPIs.
• Support development of digital campaigns by analyzing market trends, seasonality and customer behavior.
• Prepare and provide performance reports to management highlighting results and improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor s Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Sales Operations, or related fields
• Experience in online platforms, digital sales, or operational roles is preferred
