Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales acquisition strategies to expand the customer base and increase order volume.
- Lead a team of sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, restaurants, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Contribute to product releasing and coaching members for awareness.
- Evaluate store and individual performance.
- Address and resolve potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Monitor and achieve monthly productivity metrics per HC.
- Set go‑to‑market strategy for the acquisition team.
- Set clear goals for the specialists.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve onboarding efficiency and reduce vendor churn.
- Ensure full adoption of Salesforce.
- Maintain strong relationship with key vendors.
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate direct reports, and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for the function.
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow.
- Provide opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in, and contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing partnerships in a competitive business environment.
- Results‑oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering a relevant field
