Job Purpose

Asthe Business Development Manager– Content Lab at Tarjama&, youwillberesponsible for driving relationship-led growth by building andmaintainingstrategic relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influential entities across target sectors. The role focuses on generating qualified opportunities, expanding organizational visibility,identifyingemerging business opportunities, and strengthening the company's presence within strategic ecosystems. The position serves as a trusted advisor and market representative, creating long-term commercial value through consultative engagement and strategic account development.

Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across assigned sectors and accounts.
  • Develop long-term trust and credibility with strategic entities to support sustainable business growth.
  • Expand stakeholder networks and strengthen access to key influencers within target organizations.
  • Ensure continuous engagement and relationship continuity across strategic accounts.
Business Development & Opportunity Generation
  • Generate qualified business opportunities and contribute to the development of a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities before formal procurement or RFP stages.
  • Increase account penetration by uncovering new business needs and growth opportunities.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and areas for expansion within existing and target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into commercial outcomes.
Market Presence & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Represent the company in industry meetings, conferences, networking events, and sector-related activities.
  • Strengthen the organization's visibility and positioning within strategic markets and ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry stakeholders, partners, and communities.
  • Monitor market developments and maintain awareness of emerging initiatives and opportunities.
Strategic Research & Market Intelligence
  • Conduct ongoing research on assigned accounts, sectors, and stakeholders.
  • Map organizational structures, decision-making processes, and key influencers within target entities.
  • Monitor market trends, sector priorities, procurement signals, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence and opportunity insights to support business growth strategies.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • Approximately 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise relationship management, public sector engagement, or related field.
  • Proven experience building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment.
  • Experience engaging with government, semi-government, enterprise, or strategic sector organizations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and influence business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
