Your Role will focus on:

Responsible for supporting the management and optimization of the bank’s cards portfolio (credit, debit, and prepaid), driving portfolio performance, enhancing customer value propositions, and ensuring alignment with business, financial, and growth objectives.

• Support the management of the end-to-end cards portfolio strategy in alignment with business targets (P&L, growth, and customer acquisition)
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance KPIs such as activation, utilization, spend, attrition, and delinquency
• Assist in designing and enhancing card value propositions including benefits, pricing, and loyalty programs tailored to customer segments
• Manage and execute portfolio lifecycle campaigns (activation, usage stimulation, cross-sell, retention, and reactivation)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (risk, marketing, finance, digital) to optimize portfolio performance and profitability
• Support card product enhancements, upgrades, and feature rollouts based on market trends and customer needs
• Coordinate with external partners (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) on campaigns, offers, and co-branded initiatives
• Conduct market benchmarking and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and differentiation
• Ensure portfolio activities comply with SAMA regulations and internal governance policies
• Prepare regular portfolio performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in banking, preferably in cards portfolio management, product management, or retail banking analytics
• Experience in campaign management and customer segmentation is preferred
• Familiarity with card products (credit, debit, prepaid) and their lifecycle management

• Strong understanding of cards business, portfolio management, and banking products
• Knowledge of key portfolio KPIs and performance drivers (activation, spend, utilization, delinquency)
• Analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to generate actionable insights
• Basic understanding of pricing, revenue drivers, and P&L management
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations related to cards and retail banking
