Position: Prescription Program Manager | alfanar Electric

Job Purpose

Oversee and manage programs related to prescription processes within electrical project sales. Ensure effective development, implementation, and monitoring of prescription workflows that support the sale and execution of electrical projects.

Key Accountability Areas

Prescription Workflow Management

  • Develop and optimize processes for handling prescriptions related to electrical projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in prescription activities.

Collaboration with Sales Teams

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand project requirements and client needs.
  • Provide support in aligning prescription processes with project specifications and sales strategies.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Stay updated on regulations and standards related to electrical projects and prescription activities.
  • Ensure that prescription processes adhere to legal and industry compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, engineers, and project managers.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as clients and regulatory bodies, to ensure prescription compliance and project success.

Program Development

  • Identify opportunities for program development to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement programs that streamline prescription workflows and support project sales.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage budgets specifically related to prescription activities.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Program Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Monitor program effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact of prescription activities on project success.

Communication and Reporting

  • Communicate prescription program goals, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on prescription compliance and its impact on project sales.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for improvement in prescription workflows and related processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of prescription activities.

  • Recruit, recognize, and cultivate high performers to create a robust second line of management.
  • Recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.

  • Provide periodic work progress reports.
  • Monitor and control budgets and expenses to achieve optimum cost efficiency.

Organizational Development

  • Develop the organizational structure according to current requirements and future development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

Business Process Improvements

  • Develop, coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
  • Navigate through IT solutions relevant to the job and business.
  • Promote automated systems and use them fully to spread the culture.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
