The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of performance management frameworks that drive business growth and operational excellence.

• Develop and maintain corporate performance management systems and tools.
• Analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments to align performance goals with corporate strategy.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning and facilitate performance review meetings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in performance reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in corporate performance management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and performance measurement methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in performance management or business analysis are a plus.
