Role Overview
The Alliances Manager is a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for managing partnerships with external organizations crucial to the company's business objectives. The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration, and ensuring mutual benefit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Support partnership agreement negotiations, ensuring terms align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams (sales, product management, marketing) to develop joint offerings or solutions.
- Drive initiatives to integrate partner technologies or services into the company's products or platforms.
- Manage go‑to‑market initiatives and campaigns to promote joint offerings or solutions.
- Track partner performance against established metrics and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement or expansion with existing partnerships.
- Optimize processes and workflows related to partnership management to increase efficiency.
- Educate internal stakeholders on the value and benefits of partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities that could impact partnerships.
- Manage contract renewals and amendments throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
- Seasoned analytical skills and excellent business acumen.
- Seasoned relationship‑building skills with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent teamwork, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Seasoned negotiation skills for renewing partnership agreements.

- Seasoned project‑management skills to manage partnership initiatives/programs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Required Experience- Seasoned business development experience, preferably in an IT services environment.
- Experience in channel sales or channel management roles.
- Experience establishing and managing alliance programs that generate revenue.
- History of working independently and with cross‑functional sales, marketing, and product management teams to achieve alliance objectives.
- Experience leveraging contacts to build mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue.
