Proposal and Capture Manager

We are an international company operating in Saudi Arabia, delivering government and non-government projects across the region. We are seeking a highly experienced Proposal & Capture Manager to lead the full lifecycle of opportunities—from early capture strategy through to successful bid submission and transition to operations.

This is a strategic leadership role within our Gulf operations, working closely with global proposal teams and senior stakeholders to develop compelling, compliant, and winning proposals in both Arabic and English.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading proposal development and opportunity capture processes for government and private sector clients.
• Proven experience delivering winning proposals within the Saudi market
  , with strong knowledge of local RFP processes and contract structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Political Science, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders, including senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong bilingual proposal writing and editing skills (Arabic & English).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent bids under tight deadlines.
