Job Summary
The Tendering Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to NUPCO tenders and governmental procurement portals;
Etimad,KFHRC,NAGA,...Etc. The role includes reviewing tender requirements, preparing technical and commercial submissions, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with NUPCO and governmental portals regulations, and submitting bids within deadlines to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor and review tender announcements and procurement opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with NUPCO regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, regulatory, finance, logistics, and technical teams to collect required documents and pricing information.
- Manage tender submission processes through NUPCO portals and related procurement platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, quotations, contracts, and correspondence.
- Follow up on tender results, clarifications, and negotiations with clients when required.
- Prepare tender reports, bid summaries, and management updates.
- Track contract renewals, pricing updates, and bid validity periods.
- Support contract execution and handover processes after award confirmation.
- Stay updated on Saudi governmental procurement regulations and NUPCO procedures.
- Skilled in using NUPCO SRM, iNUPCO platform, including booking appointments (ASNs), uploading GRs, and handling Blanket GRs. Medval and marketplace
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tendering, preferably with NUPCO or healthcare sector tenders.
- Strong knowledge of NUPCO systems, procurement regulations, and tender procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems and online tender portals.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of medical devices or pharmaceutical products.
- Experience in governmental procurement and contract management.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
