We are hiring a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control for our trading operations. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, ensure timely material availability, and optimize ERP-driven procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Strategy – Plan and execute sourcing strategies for trading goods to ensure best price, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Vendor Management – Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers. Build long-term partnerships and conduct periodic performance reviews.
  • ERP Process Ownership – Manage end-to-end procurement cycle on ERP; ensure accurate PR, PO, GRN, and invoice matching.
  • Inventory & Supply Planning – Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and reduce working capital through optimized inventory turns.
  • Cost Control – Drive cost savings through negotiations, alternate sourcing, and total cost of ownership analysis.
  • Compliance – Ensure procurement aligns with company policies, trade regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Team Leadership – Lead and mentor procurement team; coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance for seamless operations.
Education

Any degree + certification in Procurement / Supply Chain Management.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in procurement/supply chain within a trading or manufacturing business.

Technical

Strong knowledge of ERP processes and methods. Hands‑on experience with ERPNext is a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
  • Decisive with sound commercial judgment.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Team player with proven team leadership capabilities.

Age 30 to 35 years.
