Digital Marketing & Commercial Support Executive About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Digital Marketing & Commercial Support Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team within the Concrete & Cementitious Products Division.
This role combines digital marketing, corporate branding, commercial reporting, presentation development, event coordination, and executive support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Corporate Presence
- Manage and update the company website content and structure.
- Manage and enhance the company's Linked In presence and digital identity.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Prepare professional sales presentations, company profiles, and marketing materials.
- Organize and analyze sales reports, market data, customer information, and performance dashboards.
- Support management with business reports, analyses, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate internal follow-up related to sales and marketing activities.
- Coordinate the company's participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Prepare event materials including presentations, banners, and promotional content.
- Liaise with suppliers, organizers, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Division in communication, scheduling, and operational follow-up.
- Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-up reports as required.
- Ensure effective coordination between departments and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, commercial support, business coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience managing corporate Linked In pages and company websites.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and handle confidential information professionally.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Arabic is a strong advantage. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in construction materials, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
- Basic understanding of industrial B2B sales and marketing processes.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and prioritization skills.
