Product Lead

Responsibilities
:

• Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and detailed specifications.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the product team to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in app development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other product management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
