Role Purpose

Drive sustainable growth of the Vaccines portfolio in the public sector by leading a high‑performing sales team, shaping customer engagement strategies, and ensuring strong execution across national immunization priorities, institutional accounts, and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business & Sales Leadership – Deliver public sector sales targets and translate strategy into clear plans and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership, Coaching & Capability Building – Build and sustain a high‑performing, diverse sales team, provide coaching, develop performance plans, and foster a learning environment.
  • Public Sector & Stakeholder Engagement – Build and sustain strong partnerships with MOH, government institutions, and public healthcare providers; support national immunization initiatives.
  • Execution Excellence & Operations – Ensure high‑quality execution of field activities, monitor effectiveness, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
  • Market & Business Insights – Analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights for strategy.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Interface between Sales and internal stakeholders to align execution and support new vaccine launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of pharmaceutical experience with a strong track record in sales.
  • Prior people management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in vaccines and/or public sector is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel (~50%) across the Kingdom.
  • High level of integrity and compliance mindset.
  • This role is open to Saudi nationals only.
