Sales Administrator (Saudi Talent) will be based in Riyadh and will provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and customer-related processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, coordinating customer inquiries, managing sales documentation, and supporting the overall efficiency of the sales function.
In addition, you will play a key role in accounts receivable activities by monitoring outstanding payments, following up with customers, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. Working closely with internal departments and customers, you will contribute to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of business objectives.
How You Will Make an Impact- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Compile, maintain, and analyze sales-related data and reports.
- Assist with customer and prospect inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events.
- Support sales representatives with presentations, sales materials, customer orders, and contract documentation.
- Manage and maintain sales documentation and records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and collection activities.
- Resolve payment-related issues and support the implementation of payment arrangements when required.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable balances.
- Record and update payment information within financial systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status.
- Work closely with Finance and other internal departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and support collection efforts.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field. HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, accounts receivable, sales support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong call management and customer follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
