Overview

Facilitate coordination between the project, authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of facilities management services.

• Act as a liaison with government authorities, municipalities, and service providers.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, and access requirements for FM activities.
• Track and follow up on stakeholder-related issues impacting operations.
• Support resolution of conflicts related to facility usage, utilities, or access.
• Maintain records of stakeholder communications and agreements.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in coordination or stakeholder management roles.
