Role Overview
We are seeking a high‑performing Management Consultant at Manager level to play a key role in delivering complex client engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives. The Director acts as a bridge between project leadership and junior team members, taking ownership of work streams, driving analyses, and supporting client relationships. This role is suited for experienced consultants ready to deepen their impact, lead work streams, and mentor junior team members while continuing to build strong consulting and industry expertise.
Responsibilities- Project manage client engagements, ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery.
- Structure complex business problems and develop hypotheses and analytical frameworks.
- Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and recommendations.
- Develop client‑ready deliverables, including executive‑level presentations and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Mentor and guide Associates and Senior Associates, reviewing their work and supporting skill development.
- Coordinate tasks and timelines within assigned work streams.
- Support project managers in tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Contribute to building a collaborative and high‑performing project team environment.
- Build strong working relationships with client counterparts.
- Support proposal development, business development efforts, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and capability building.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in management consulting or a relevant strategy, operations, or advisory role.
- Experience managing client engagements and project teams.
- Demonstrable people‑management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a structured approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools).
- Proven experience developing client‑facing deliverables and interacting with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel flexibility.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Industry experience in one or more sectors (financial services, healthcare, technology, energy).
- Hypothesis‑driven and structured problem‑solving.
- Stakeholder communication and relationship management.
- Coaching and feedback skills.
- Ownership mindset and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
