About the roleWe’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own our anti-fraud platform strategy and lead a team of product managers building our real-time fraud prevention platform that detects and stops fraud across the full customer journey.
This role is about direction and impact. You will define what problems we solve, why they matter, and lead the team to execute effectively.
What you'll do- Define and drive the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our fraud products across device, behavioral, and transaction intelligence layers.
- Translate customer needs, market insights, and regulatory requirements into scalable product initiatives.
- Prioritize features and investments based on business impact, customer value, and long-term platform goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product execution and delivery.
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback, support strategic opportunities, and shape product decisions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging fraud patterns to maintain market differentiation.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, remove execution bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Own product outcomes by tracking adoption, usability, operational efficiency, and commercial success across the fraud portfolio.
- This is not a coordination role. You own the direction of the product and the outcome it delivers.
- BS/MS in a STEM or Business field from a leading institution, or in a related field.
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a preference for candidates from top technology firms.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting product strategy, handling complex trade-offs, and guiding products from conception to commercialization.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling B2B and SaaS-based products, especially language-based solutions or AI-driven products.
- Strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring product teams.
- Familiarity with GTM strategies and post-launch optimization.
- Eagerness to work on products with global impact and potential.
- People management experience is a plus.
