Position: Corporate Travel Manager

The Travel Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all corporate travel activities for the organization. The role ensures efficient travel operations, cost control, compliance with company policies, and the delivery of high-quality travel services to executives, employees, guests, and VIP visitors.

  • tDevelop, implement, and maintain corporate travel policies and procedures
  • .Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and travel insurance
  • .Coordinate travel requirements for executives, senior management, board members, and VIP guests
  • .Ensure travel bookings are completed accurately, efficiently, and within approved budgets
  • .Monitor travel schedules and provide timely updates regarding changes, delays, or disruptions
  • nt Negotiate contracts and rates with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, transportation providers, and other travel-related vendor

Qual
  • ifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a rela
  • ted field.

    Professional certifications in Travel Management are
preferred.
  • Experience Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate travel management, hospitality, airline operations, or trave
  • l services.

    Experience managing executive and VIP travel ar
  • rangements.

    Experience negotiating contracts with travel vendors and service
providers.
