We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of pricing strategies that drive revenue growth
, profitability
, and market competitiveness across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies across the product portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain pricing frameworks
    , policies, and governance processes.
  • Lead pricing reviews and recommendations throughout the product lifecycle, including new product launches, enhancements, and portfolio changes.
  • Ensure pricing decisions align with corporate growth, profitability, and market positioning objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of value-based pricing methodologies and best practices.
Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, customer demand, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct pricing analytics
    , research, and elasticity assessments to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and margin improvement.
  • Evaluate customer segments and market dynamics to support strategic pricing decisions.
  • Develop actionable insights from market intelligence and competitive analysis.
  • Perform detailed profitability analysis
    , margin assessments, and revenue impact evaluations.
  • Build robust financial models and business cases to support pricing recommendations.
  • Analyze pricing performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Define, track, and report key pricing and commercial KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Management to define pricing strategies and value propositions for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams on pricing models, discount structures, deal approvals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with Finance on forecasting, margin management, business cases, and investment decisions.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives with strategic pricing guidance and commercial insights.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple business functions and drive alignment on pricing decisions.
Process Improvement & Analytics
  • Maintain pricing models, analytics tools, and pricing databases.
  • Drive continuous improvement in pricing methodologies
    , reporting capabilities, and decision-support tools.
  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to improve pricing effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
  • Champion a data-driven culture across pricing and commercial functions.
Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
Experience
  • 8–12 years of professional experience in Pricing
    , Revenue Management
    , Commercial Strategy
    , Commercial Excellence
    , or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years in a dedicated Pricing Manager, Senior Pricing Manager, Pricing Lead, or Revenue Management role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing strategies that improved revenue, profitability, and market performance.
  • Experience with in Technology
    , Telecommunications
    , SaaS
    , Fintech
    , Digital Products
    , or other product-led organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Commercial functions.
  • Strong expertise in Pricing Strategy

  • Advanced financial modeling

    , and analytical skills.
  • Strong experience with pricing analytics

  • Ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong commercial judgment.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English is required.
