JobOverview
The Regional Procurement Supervisor is responsible for managing transactional procurement activities across the region. The role ensures efficient processing of purchase requirements, maintains accurate procurement records, coordinates compliance documentation, and guarantees timely delivery of goods and services to all schools. The position acts as a key liaison between schools, vendors, and the procurement team, supporting compliance and best practice in all procurement operations.
KeyAccountabilities
- Manage and process purchase requirements for schools within the region.
- Maintain the regional procurement tracker to reflect the status of purchases.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to schools.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve operational issues related to procurement and delivery.
- Coordinate and verify compliance documents related to procurement and vendor onboarding.
- Conduct annual compliance reviews and maintain accurate vendor documentation.
- Maintain the contracts database for vendors under management.
- Ensure service‑level agreements (SLAs) with schools/departments are adhered to.
- Support schools and departments in understanding procurement procedures and compliance requirements.
- Work with the Regional Head of Procurement to establish clear, measurable SLAs and track performance against them.
- Escalate SLA issues to the Regional Head of Procurement and collaborate on resolution strategies.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on procurement procedures and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and tracking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance documentation and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience working with ERP systems, especially Net Suite, is required.
