The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for sports consulting, apparel manufacturing, and sports & corporate event management projects. This role includes identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs, and preparing compliant and competitive proposals. The Tendering Specialist will develop tender timelines, ensure adherence to submission requirements, and maintain accurate tender records and documentation.

Day-to-day activities include drafting proposal content, coordinating clarifications with clients, supporting pricing and procurement teams, and monitoring tender outcomes and feedback. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of tender templates, processes, and tools to increase win rates and efficiency.

• Strong tender and bid management capabilities, including Tender Management, coordination of submissions, and oversight of tender documentation and deadlines.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to review tender specifications, assess risks, interpret financial and technical requirements, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, liaising with clients and partners, and presenting tender content clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in Proposal Writing, including structuring proposals, drafting clear and compelling narratives, and tailoring content to client requirements.
• Foundational knowledge of Procurement processes, vendor selection, and coordination with supply chain or purchasing teams to align pricing and terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in tendering, bids, or contracts, ideally within sports, event management, apparel/textile, consulting, or a related project-based industry.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals or e-procurement systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, demonstrate integrity in all dealings, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
