the Role

The Senior Business Development Manager - Private Sector will play an integral role in Ollen's private sector growth in Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities with Saudi companies, family businesses, conglomerates, retailers, FMCG groups, hospitality operators, industrial companies, developers, investment groups, and high‑growth businesses.

This is a senior relationship‑led role. We are looking for someone with strong market access, commercial maturity, and the ability to position Ollen's integrated strategy, design, and execution capabilities to senior decision‑makers.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of new private sector opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
  • Leverage existing relationships with business owners, CEOs, executives, family offices, retail groups, FMCG companies, hospitality groups, developers, industrial companies, and investment‑backed businesses.
  • Identify client needs where Ollen can support through strategy, growth planning, brand development, customer experience, retail and commercial design, packaging, digital platforms, execution supervision, or business acceleration.
  • Open senior‑level conversations and position Ollen as a practical partner for organizations seeking growth, transformation, differentiation, or market expansion.
  • Coordinate with Ollen's leadership and delivery teams to shape relevant proposals, scopes of work, credentials, and commercial offers.
  • Own the business development cycle from target identification, outreach, relationship development, opportunity qualification, proposal coordination, negotiation support, and handover to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, opportunity status, revenue forecasts, and client relationship notes.
  • Represent Ollen professionally in meetings, market events, introductions, and strategic discussions.
  • Build long‑term relationships rather than one‑off transactional leads.
  • Support Ollen in understanding the Saudi private sector landscape, including key sectors, active groups, decision‑makers, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Family businesses and conglomerates.
  • FMCG, consumer goods, beauty, fragrance, food, and retail companies.
  • Hospitality, F&B, leisure, and lifestyle operators.
  • Real estate developers and commercial destination owners.
  • Industrial, manufacturing, agribusiness, and food production companies.
  • Investment groups, portfolio companies, and growth‑stage businesses.
  • Companies seeking market entry, repositioning, customer experience improvement, retail rollout, packaging transformation, or growth strategy.
Experience Required
  • Minimum 5‑7 years of business development, client acquisition, partnerships, consulting sales, strategic account development, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Strong existing network in the Saudi private sector.
  • Proven ability to develop senior relationships with owners, CEOs, board members, general managers, chief strategy officers, marketing leaders, commercial leaders, or transformation leaders.
  • Experience selling or developing complex professional services, consulting, design, marketing, strategy, project management, or transformation‑related work.
  • Ability to understand client business challenges and translate them into relevant service opportunities.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to qualify serious opportunities from general conversations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and decision‑making dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools across the ecosystem is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; business, marketing, strategy, finance, design, or related fields preferred.
  • A senior, market‑facing role with direct access to Ollen's leadership team.
