Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with 4+ years of experience in IT consulting companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar client-facing role.
• Proven experience working within IT Consulting companies.
• Strong ability to manage and grow key client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Experience in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation initiatives, and technology solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Manage and develop relationships with strategic clients
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes
• Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and regular business reviews
• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned targets
