THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-driven Company Incorporation Specialist to manage and execute company formation and business-setup processes for local and foreign clients. Acting as a trusted point of contact, the person will own the full incorporation lifecycle — from MISA/commercial registration through licensing and post-incorporation — and serve as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and government authorities, ensuring every case is completed accurately, compliantly, and on time.
TheCompany Incorporation Specialist may handle or support the following services:
- Company formation, business setup, and commercial registration (issuance and renewal).
- Investment (MISA) license applications and foreign-ownership setup.
- Articles of association and corporate document coordination.
- Chamber of commerce registration and municipal/sector-specific licenses.
- Tax/ZATCA and GOSI registration coordination.
- National address registration and bank-account coordination.
- Corporate amendments, ownership changes, license renewals, and cancellations.
- Post-incorporation corporate support and government-platform registrations.
- Manage the full company-setup process for local and foreign clients, from entity selection to license issuance.
- Handle commercial registration (CR) issuance, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support foreign-investment licensing through the Ministry of Investment (MISA) and related approvals.
- Prepare, review, and submit incorporation documents — Articles of Association, resolutions, powers of attorney, and supporting files.
- Advise clients on entity types, licensing options, costs, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Keep clients updated on status and next steps; resolve missing documents and delays proactively.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Commerce / Saudi Business Center, MISA, chambers of commerce, municipalities (Balady), and sector regulators.
- Operate the relevant government platforms (e.g., Saudi Business Center, MISA, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, ZATCA, Balady, National Address / SPL, MHRSD).
- Coordinate ZATCA/tax registration, GOSI registration, national-address registration, bank-account opening, visa-quota / Nitaqat setup, and document attestation.
- Set up the corporate file and handle subsequent amendments and ownership changes.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant; minimize rejected/returned applications.
- Maintain organized records and keep the CRM/trackers current.
- Prepare periodic reports on case progress, pending items, and operational challenges.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all client information at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Saudi commercial registration, licensing, and post-incorporation procedures, and of platforms such as MISA, Saudi Business Center, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, ZATCA, and Balady.
- Good understanding of the Saudi Labor Law, residency regulations, Saudization, and government compliance processes.
- Fluent Arabic (essential); professional English.
- Valid Saudi driving license as regular visits to government offices will be required.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in company incorporation, corporate services, or government relations in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with foreign‑owned entities and MISA licensing, sector‑specific licenses, and document attestation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document‑management / CRM systems.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple incorporation cases in parallel under deadline pressure.
- Strong follow‑up, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional approach with clients and government authorities.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
