Job Description
A highly motivated and experienced Strategy Delivery Manager is required to lead the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs for Qiwa. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure business strategies are effectively implemented and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the execution of strategic projects and business initiatives
- Develop delivery plans, timelines, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive management
- Support organizational change and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in strategy execution, program management, or business transformation
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and reporting tools
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications
- Experience in corporate strategy or consulting environments
