The Bidding Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid lifecycle for government tenders — from opportunity identification on Etimad through proposal preparation, submission, and compliance. This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong coordination across teams, and a solid understanding of public-sector procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tender and bid activities on the Etimad platform and other supplier portals, ensuring timely submission and full compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate, draft, and organize technical and financial proposals in collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Analyze tender requirements and align internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
  • Prepare and submit financial proposals through the relevant government portals.
  • Monitor bid schedules and deadlines, ensuring all required inputs are collected and submitted on time.
  • Develop and maintain RFP responses and bid documentation.
  • Track submission outcomes and provide insights on win probabilities to support bid decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, and bid status.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on invoicing for awarded tenders, ensuring billing details align with the submitted financial proposal and contract terms.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in bid management, tendering, or proposal coordination — preferably within the technology or IT sector.
  • Hands-on experience with the Etimad platform and government procurement processes.
  • Experience working with government entities as clients.
  • Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and tendering cycles.
  • Excellent coordination, organization, and deadline management.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
