Senior Manager - Residential Procurement; RES

Join Qiddiya Investment Company in our quest to create a groundbreaking entertainment and leisure destination! We are looking for a Senior Manager - Residential Procurement to lead our procurement efforts specifically for residential projects within our expansive portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services for our residential developments. Your expertise in the procurement process will be instrumental in fostering relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to residential project requirements
• Coordinate with project teams to identify procurement needs and deliver solutions that meet project timelines and budgets
• Manage supplier selection and negotiation processes, ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and supplier capabilities
• Oversee contract management, ensuring that agreements support the strategic objectives of residential projects
• Mentor and lead the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on procurement activities and project status

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  Master's degree is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, with specific experience in residential construction or real estate development
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing procurement teams
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools to enhance procurement processes
