General Manager – Business Logistics Products is responsible for defining, developing, commercializing, and scaling innovative logistics products and solutions that drive revenue growth, market differentiation, and customer satisfaction. The role leads end‑to‑end product strategy, startup incubation, go‑to‑market execution, business development, and customer experience initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives and evolving market demands.

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for logistics products and services; identify market opportunities and customer needs to develop innovative solutions.
• Ensure product portfolio aligns with organizational growth objectives and market demands.
• Lead design, development, testing, and launch of new logistics products; establish product value propositions and commercialization strategies.
• Monitor product performance and implement enhancements to maximize market success.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies to drive customer acquisition and adoption; coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for successful launches.
• Measure and optimize product penetration, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Lead logistics startup initiatives from ideation through implementation; develop scalable operating models and business cases; establish agile execution frameworks.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and commercial opportunities; negotiate and manage key partnerships; support expansion into new markets and customer segments.
• Drive customer‑centric product design and service innovation; establish feedback mechanisms and improvement programs; leverage analytics and market insights to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Develop pricing models and revenue strategies; conduct profitability analysis; monitor competitiveness and adjust pricing.
• Build and lead high‑performing multidisciplinary teams; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement; coach talent and ensure succession readiness.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, transportation, and regulatory requirements; monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies; provide strategic recommendations.

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Years and nature of experience

• Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• At least 5–6 years in logistics product management, commercialization, or business leadership roles.
• Experience in product development and innovation.
• Experience in startup or venture launch environments.
• Go‑to‑market strategy and commercialization experience.
• Pricing strategy and revenue management experience.
• Business development and strategic partnerships experience.
• Customer experience transformation experience.
• Highly preferred experience in leading logistics, e‑commerce, courier, transportation, supply chain, or digital logistics organizations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing P&L responsibilities.
