Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end bid process including opportunity tracking, RFP/RFQ analysis, bid qualification, and submission. Coordinate cross-functional inputs to produce compliant, competitive, and strategically positioned tender responses on time and within scope.
  • Structure and develop comprehensive financial proposals including pricing models, cost-benefit analyses, ROI projections, and revenue forecasts. Ensure all financial submissions are commercially viable, clearly articulated, and aligned with client expectations and risk appetite.
  • Design and deliver high-impact pitch presentations that translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive narratives tailored to each audience — whether C-suite executives, procurement committees, or investment panels. Drive pitch strategy from storyline to slide to room presence.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders — including clients, partners, investors, and government entities. Manage stakeholder expectations proactively throughout the business development cycle to ensure alignment and long-term trust.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through market intelligence, client engagement, and industry networking. Maintain a healthy and well-qualified pipeline that supports revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.
  • Construct structured discovery sessions with prospective clients to uncover pain points and strategic priorities. Translate insights into tailored solution narratives that differentiate the organization’s offering and directly address client objectives.
  • Serve as the central coordinator between technical, legal, finance, and operations teams during the proposal and bid preparation process. Ensure all work streams are aligned, deadlines are met, and the final submission reflects a cohesive and competitive offer.
  • Manage client communication post-submission, respond to clarification requests, and support contract negotiation efforts. Conduct structured debrief sessions on both won and lost bids to continuously improve proposal quality and win rates.
  • Job Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
