The Commercial Specialist will play a critical role in supporting strategic growth initiatives within a healthcare & life sciences environment. The role focuses on evaluating commercial opportunities, structuring complex deals, conducting financial assessments, and generating actionable market intelligence to guide decision-making.

Area of Responsibility

Support end-to-end deal structuring for CDMO partnerships, licensing, and manufacturing agreements

Develop commercial frameworks including pricing strategies, cost models, and revenue-sharing mechanisms

Support and solve complex client problems through strategic consulting, design and deliver commercial analytics, supported by data

Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of business & commercial planning issues and the development of specific solutions

Structure programmed governance and track, collaborate and support operations and legal teams to align contract terms with business objectives

Evaluate risk-reward scenarios and propose optimal deal structures

Responsible for end-to-end project process, working closely with their cross‑functional teams and help business to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues

Gather, maintain and analyze market data across therapeutics, biologics, biosimilars, and manufacturing trends

Develop, monitor competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and partnership trends in the CDMO landscape

Provide insights on demand forecasts, pipeline opportunities, and regional market dynamics

Strong understanding of crafting and conveying clear, impactful and engaging messages that tell a holistic story through presentations to leadership

Educational Qualification

Masters in Business Administration or equivalent

Work Experience

Experience in business development, commercial deal structuring and market intelligence in pharmaceutical ecosystem

Exposure in strong commercial, strategic and business acumen

Exposure to biologics, biosimilars, or advanced therapies drug product manufacturing

Experience and familiarity with regional healthcare markets (e.g. KSA, GCC, Europe, or emerging markets)

3-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting space, pharmaceutical companies and/or leading management consulting firms

Required Skills

Advanced excel and commercial modelling
